We’ve recently returned from an incredible few days in Sydney for the Circadia Elevate Event, and we’re still on a bit of a high!
One of the things we’re incredibly passionate about at You Beauty is continuing to learn. The skin industry is always evolving, and we want to make sure we’re bringing our clients the very best in skin knowledge, treatments and home care.
Our time in Sydney was packed with advanced Circadia education and training, giving us the opportunity to dive even deeper into the science of skin, learn from industry experts and bring plenty of new knowledge and ideas back to the clinic.
But the trip became even more special at the Circadia Elevate Gala Night…

To say we were proud would be an understatement.
Being recognised as QLD Small Clinic of the Year is incredibly special to us. You Beauty may be a small clinic, but we have always believed that being small allows us to offer something really special — personalised care, genuine relationships with our clients and treatments that are never simply “one size fits all”.
Receiving Circadia Gold Clinic recognition is also something we’re incredibly proud of. Circadia has become such an important part of the way we approach skin at You Beauty. We love combining professional treatments with education and carefully prescribed home care to help our clients understand their skin and achieve long-term results.
These awards belong to our little team just as much as they belong to the clinic. They represent the hours spent learning, training, researching, supporting our clients and continually looking for ways to be better at what we do.
And, of course, none of it would be possible without our beautiful You Beauty clients.

You Beauty Featured in Mocha Beauty
We’re very excited to share that You Beauty has recently been featured in Mocha Beauty Magazine, with an educational article exploring the topic of glycation and its impact on the skin.
Being recognised within our industry is something we’re incredibly proud of.
Education has always been a huge part of what we do at You Beauty. We don’t just want to treat skin — we want to understand why changes are happening within the skin and help our clients understand them too.
Our article takes a closer look at glycation, a process that occurs when excess sugars bind to proteins within the body, including important structural proteins such as collagen and elastin. Over time, this can contribute to changes we associate with skin ageing, including a loss of firmness, elasticity and overall skin vitality.
It’s exactly the kind of skin science we love diving into!
Having the opportunity to share our knowledge beyond the treatment room and contribute to an industry publication such as Mocha Beauty Magazine is an incredible honour for our little Townsville clinic.
For us, recognition like this represents something much bigger. It reflects our commitment to continued education, evidence-informed skin treatments and raising the standard of professional skin care.
